Through the above experimentations, I had the chance to reconsider the 'sound design' term as something physical and not as something purely electronic.  In a similar way one can sculpt and tune the acoustics of a room, whether this room is a recording studio, a church or a theatre, it can also be done in the microcosm of a loudspeaker cabinet.

 

Both the subwoofer 12" scoop speaker and the circular multicell horn are vital parts of my Sφera (2018) installation.
